• All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the case of technical failure on our part preventing access to paid content.
• Access to content (including course videos, notes, eBooks) is time-limited and available only for the specified duration of the course.
• Minimum enrollment period is 1 month.

2. Access to Educational Content

• Enrolled users will be provided secure login credentials to access content on the website.
• Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination without refund.
• Course materials may include video recordings, PDFs, charts, and tools for analysis — all proprietary to WaveTalks.

3. Communications & Updates

• By registering, you agree to receive course updates, educational content, and announcements via email, SMS, or other communication platforms.
• You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

4. Ownership & Use

• All materials provided under WaveTalks (including video, eBook, chart examples, and proprietary techniques) are the intellectual property of WaveTalks.

5. Limitations

• Enrollment in our Program does not guarantee success or profitability in financial markets.

• We are not SEBI Registered Research Analysts at this point, and all content is for educational purposes only.

6. Code of Conduct

• Learners are expected to maintain professionalism in communication within the WaveTalks community.
